You get what you pay for

I spent 1 night here in September. Great location. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The price was great. If the hotel was full, there is not enough parking. The hotel is very dated. No refrigerator in the room, Bedspread was threadbare, TV did not work, and the WIFI is HORRIBLE.

I knew what to expect, so it wasn’t a shock

We were in a 4 “queen” (definitely were more like full size) room. It was over the office, as was another of the oversized rooms. I suspect there aren’t these very large family rooms on the main floor, but didn’t ask. Based on the website and Expedia info, I expected just the room, but there was an outer room with chairs, tv, fridge, microwave, plus the very large bedroom with a large closet (no doors to close, just extra space we put a pack play in). Pros Convenient location Fit a big family Wasn’t horrifically filthy, just what you’d expect from budget places like the old style comforters I’m sure they don’t wash and somewhat sticky carpets. Cheapest option for our last minute change from camping Ok Wi-Fi being above office Staff were friendly Cons Very loud road noise from the many windows Small beds Floors uneven, leading to slanted beds No alarm clock A brown bat hung out in the upstairs breezeway above our door a couple days and they were totally unconcerned when mentioned Did kid baths one night and ran out of hot water for my shower Crazy loud banging from downstairs after putting kids to bed our last night—wondered if it was somehow connected to us killing the water heater? Lasted 20 minutes.

Dated and dumpy

Cute from the outside. The staff to check in couldn't have been more unfriendly if they had practiced. Hallways and stairways look like they haven't been cleaned for months, which prepared us for opening the door to our room. The room was surprisingly clean but right out of the 80's. We couldn't believe how tiny the bathroom was for a motel. No countertop space, your shoulders hit the wall when using the toilet and who knows what was in the refillable bottles of toiletries. They aren't labeled, couldn't figure out if there was a body wash, shampoo or conditioner. When we asked an employee in the office, they didn't know either. . We also faced an alley which had people making noise, running motorcycles and slamming garbage dumpster lids from other businesses through the night. For the price, Wifi never worked for two days. I'd recommend making another choice.

Worst Hotel ever stayed!!!!

I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place was horrible. The front desk is pathetic. A woman named Melissa said we did not have a booking and made us stand for an hour. Then after we spoke to our third party she said she found our booking suddenly and blamed everything on us. The rooms smell bad. Beds are very small. Above all this there is renovation going on right in front of you which is very dusty and ugly. If there is something good that I can do to all is I want to help you with this review - DON’T STAY IN YELLOWSTONE COUNTRY INN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run away from this place as far as possible!!!!!!!!

Not worth the $$

I thought this was a waste of money … WAY overpriced for what you get. Paid $201 For one night and only got 2 beds, shower in bathroom & a tiny coffee maker … no fridge, no microwave, a TV with only a couple channels, WiFi was very slow (if it worked at all), and NO breakfast of any kind. Not real likely to return.
