On our way to Yellowstone by RV, we stopped at this hotel the day before picking up the Motorhome. We were traveling with our family - including 2 Toddlers. I had made the reservation months in advance requesting adjoining rooms. Upon our arrival - we were greeted by the RUDEST hotel desk clerk I have ever come across. She was busy messing with her phone & didnt acknowledge us standing there for over a minute. During our check-in I specifically asked if the rooms were ADJOINING (as I had called earlier in the week to verify this). She said well they're 318 & 320 so iI guess they are! After checking in she added "you are getting no amenities! No breakfasty (a sack), no pool, etc. I said I wished someone had told me - we got a confirmation email and I had spoken with someone about the adjoining rooms. She informed me thst I could "Go get a room down the street!" I was rude right back! and we went up to our rooms (we had been on the road for several hours, and were ready to be checked in) We get up to the 3rd floor with all our luggage & coolers for the trip - NOT ADJOINIG!!!! went back down - I was very upset by now, and again we were informed we could go down the road to another hotel! She also threatened to kick us out. When asked for the managers name & phone number - she refused to give it out. Again she threatend to kick us out! and, she was going to call the police to have us removed. I told her to just go right ahead (and by now I was poretty rude to her) I went back up to the rooms. awhile later she called and said she talked to her manager - and even though they were 98% full - they would move us to adjoining rooms. The hotel was clean, and everything else was fine - BUT even though I am a rewards member - I will NOT be using Quality Inns again for our travels! Horrible experience. I have never been RUDE to a desk clerk before - but this young women was beyond RUDE to begin with.

We checked into hotel Friday April 16th and checked out today April 18th. I called last Sunday to see if we could get a handicapped room with 2 beds the front desk clerk said yes she would put in request. We get there Friday only to find out the Handicapped room only has 1 bed so we don’t take it. We get to our room and it is GROSS!!! The blankets literally have blood on them. The floor is gross. The room is disgusting. We go to front desk clerk and she changes rooms for us. The next room is a little better. Blankets are disgusting pee stains nasty Carpet is gross curtain is all ripped and stained. The bathroom is nasty. We stay the night unfortunately. We did bring blankets so slept with them. We were gone all day stayed last night. Just disgusting. The hallway floors are nasty. There are people walking around and in parking lot that are very sketchy. The side door doesn’t work really?? Would’ve good to know ahead of time and apparently housekeeping doesn’t even come by unless requested. Well that would’ve been good to know. It was nasty and gross and we will never stay here again!!!!! So so gross!!!! When I checked out clerk said I had balance??? I said we are on points. I see on receipt it’s fine no balance I better not have one. This is so gross. Public health needs to be called. This hotel is so nasty. Even though on points this is gross. Something needs to be done. SO GROSS!!

First off it’s pet friendly, good if you have a pet awful if you don’t have one. The rooms smell awful, the bed felt dirty and itchy I got this place for 3 nights but you get what you paid for all because I wanted to save a few dollars, never again. The customer service was good except for an older gentleman that was working one late night. The hairdryer wasn’t working and you had to ask for extra toilet paper. I had to use the lobby bathroom and that was something else. Had to ask for the key to the lobby restroom, why would the lobby restroom even be closed. The restroom was nice but everything else failed. The freaken toilet seat is awful, I used this bathroom twice and both times my hand touched the water in multiple times, I know disgusting but the worst part is the soapdispenser didn’t have any soap and from the looks of it, it never did. The sink was nice but broken but at least there was a roll of paper towels there. Also, what hotel charges for room keys if you ask for another. I took a picture of their entry way and just that zero dangling on their street number tells it all.

Great customer service, friendly front desk. Clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend for any families or traveller visiting this town. And I think it's fanstatic place and view, and very nice staff.

This hotel used to be decent, my last stay on July 31, 2020 found this hotel very dirty both inside and outside, rude counter help and rooms in need of repair. Stay away from this place! This hotel also try to charge my credit card $150 as a deposit that I would get back in 7 to 10 days, totally unacceptable.
