caro e ruim.
Eu particularmente gosto desse hotel.
Could've been better
The check-in was fast and friendly! It's a weird place to drive in and out of though because the street is one-way on the north and one-way on the south. You have to enter from one street and exit the opposite. It's just odd. There were a lot of little things that just added up to a not-so-great experience here though. When we checked in to our room we found that the sheets hadn't been changed, there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, there were some coins laying on the floor (meaning the room hadn't been vacuumed), and one of the tv remotes was missing. We took our issues to the front desk and were promptly given another room. We had booked a queen suite but were moved to a king jacuzzi room and not charged for the difference. Pros: Friendly and accommodating front desk clerk Nicely priced Close to food and shopping Easy to locate Cons: Dirty room ( and other things mentioned above) Wi-fi was difficult and spotty at best. I was booted off A LOT Hard to navigate entrance and exit due to street directions
Nice stay conveniently located near everything
Conveniently located in downtown off RT 66, walking distance for shops, restaurants, pubs and train station. Check in was a breeze located across the street at the lodge. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds, good AC, microwave and mini fridge and hot breakfast is included as well. Pleasant stay
Two Night Stay
My husband and I booked this inn on booking.com for two nights when we visited the Grand Canyon. The room was very small, but had a king sized bed that was very comfortable. The vanity was separate from a small bath with the toilet and tub. The room was nicely decorated and we appreciated that you could drive right up to your room. The checkin and breakfast were located across the street at another lodge. There was a room on our side of the road where we could get ice or use a microwave. The town of Williams is on old Route 66 and seems like a charming place to walk around. We didn't do that because we got in later in the day and spent the whole next day at the Grand Canyon before returning to Williams for our second night. The heat in our room didn't seem to work very well, most likely a problem with the thermostat. It got the small room hot very quickly and we had to shut it off and then start it up again to warm the room up again. We like to sleep in a cooler environment, so we just turned it off overnight. It would have been nice to have a blanket because the bed only had a thin coverlet on it. We checked all of the drawers for a blanket, but there was not one. Secondly, the bathroom fan was very loud, not a problem except when you turned it on in the night and the bathroom door did not shut completely. The location is great if you are planning a trip tot he Grand Canyon. It only took around and hour to get there.
