Temperature control was a major issue.
The staff was very friendly. Hotel looked nice, but the room i had, the heat was cranked up in every room on a hot 28+ day. Cranked the ac systems and asked for a fan. It eventually cooled down. But was very uncomfortable. Felt hot and clammy, but also got the odd chill. Went to bed the first night and had trouble getting comofrtable, because I was cold, but also my body felt wet as if I was sweating. The bedding was cold and damp. Was outside all day with family in the sun, so we thought it was just from being in the heat all day. The next day, I left my room for the whole day after googling how to dehumidify a hotel room, and cranked the ac, and also asked for another fan. Room seemed cooled down but also really damp.. Thats when we realized it was the room itself and not our bodies. They offered to put me in new room, but after already transferring hotels and feeling exhausted from the lack of sleep, i just didn't want to pack anything up again , so I insisted to stay in my same room, but requested all fresh clean/dry linin for each bed, Which the gave happily gave me after my complains. But since my family has been here, my husband as started wheezing, and having a sore itchy throat, all of us had experienced itchy eyes and coughs. Which makes me think there is mold spores in this room, considering the problems I have had. I never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room in my life. Although the girls who were working during my stay were very nice and understanding, I don't think ill get a room here again.
My experience with staff was great. However, the inability to adjust the temperature drove me crazy.
A few of the rooms I was placed in had no means of adjusting the temperature. When I complained, I was given a fan. Let’s just say sleeping in a sauna is not pleasant. I was ultimately placed in a better room for the final two days, which forced me to question why this did not occur earlier in my stay. (Approximately a week)

very good and fun place for friends but some very sketchy people who were drunk tired talking to us the hotel staff was very nice and the front desk was very easy to talk to and they were very nice as well the pool was amazing the water slide is great and the fitness room is also great
hotel needs an elevator, better parking, make sure you have some one on staff that can attend to mechanical issues like fixing the heat it was clean and staff were very friendly and tried to help - we were there for 2 nights - the first beds were very uncomfortable the second night in the second room which had heat the beds were a bit better
Comfort and accommodating.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quite durn quite time. The kids enjoyed the pool area. On site restaurant is very accommodating.The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
