The best hotel in a city of bad hotels

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was just as nice as the first one. The reason for my title is because most of the hotels in this area are not ranked very high. This hotel is probably the highest ranked one and for good reason. Very clean and quiet with nice amenities. The price was fair. We would definitely stay here again

Xmas eve stay as Travel to GA

So the room (210) itself is very nice! The sheer curtains were torn in the window, some of the lighting by the beds don’t work, the hairdryer in the bathroom the power on and off button doesn’t work and I had to unplug it. No real instructions how to use to turn on the heat in the room, later found out thermostat on wall is what I had to use to get unit to kick on… Pool and hot tub we’re out of service and was told that they were under construction. Awkward that the only way in/out of the facility is through the main entrance when there are entrances on both ends of the facility but you can’t use your key card to come in/out on the ends of the building. Enjoyed the morning breakfast and the hot items were amazing didn’t particularly care to be served (attendant serves you items)…that was awkward…breakfast area was very nicely set up and nice in general… Thanks for a good nights sleep and wonderfully comfortable bed. Definitely recommend this establishment!

Great experience except for cold pool

Room was very large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was clean. Pool was very cold (I believe it was unheated). The “hot” tub was 84 degrees and also quite cold. The jets were always in and the emergency stop didn’t work. No one was brave enough to go into the main pool as it was so cold. Breakfast seemed still to be using pandemic protocols. There was an overworked attendant who served the hot food and went into the back frequently. It made for some longer wait times then if it were just buffet style.

Great stay convenient to highway!

Stopped into the Comfort Suites in Wytheville during a recent trip to TN. Rooms were very spacious and overall were clean and comfortable. Place was packed! Must be the busy season for sure! Breakfast was adequate and what I was expecting. Would stay here again if traveling through the area!

Comfy Bed and a Nice view

Our room was very clean. The suite was a nice size but only one room. Bed was comfy. Staff was polite. Breakfast was a little weird. You go up and they scoop the hot food for you. That is kinda weird. The woman scooping the food was nice it is just weird. I've never had that happen before. Breakfast sign said biscuits, sausage, and eggs but waffles were available too. And bagels. So I wasn't sure of all the options until I saw other people get them. Cereal, oatmeal, condiments, and muffins we could grab. Would definitely stay there again.
