Hotel is in shambles

Every website has wrong reviews, misleading information and the hotel is in shambles. Do not stay here. Paint chipped, holes everywhere. The toilet drain was leaking. The door of the balcony does not open. The toilets have no hangers. No place to keep towels clothes. No toilet tissue holder There is no phone to the reception. Bedroom has no mirror WiFi is super weak Absolutely dirty and filthy Worse than even a small motel in remote towns I have stayed in.

The hotel rating in other booking websites is misleading and does not reflect the real situation and the hotel manager is a thief who takes extra funds from credit cards and promised to reimburse the money and he just waits for the customer to leave the country and then told us bluntly that he would not refund back the amount. The surrounding are not good with no views and you can find much better properties with significantly lower prices and views. Bad Service, Disrespectful Staff & Unprofessional Management Almost Ruined Our Holidauy

The purpose of the visit was to attend my university graduation. My family booked the biggest family suite, for 5 people, knowing that we would come as 5 adults and a child, my youngest brother, who would sleep in parents' bed. It just so happened that my other brother who was previously unable to come, was now able to attend my graduation because his summer school was cancelled. So we decided to try and ask for an extra bed at the reception. Upon attempting to do just that, the guy who seemed to be the manager immediately rejected the idea, saying an extra bed won't fit in the 'small' suite and tried to get us to switch our suite with a bigger yet obviously cheaper suite at a sister hotel chain, claiming it was more expensive but that they were giving it to us at the same price out of good will. Then they tried to sell us an additional double bedroom at 600 tl/night, even though our own family suite for 5 we booked for 500 tl/night. Then finally they offered to sell us another suite for 5, just like the one we booked, for 700 tl/night. Overall, it seemed like they were trying to get more money from us in any way possible. Upon letting my family have a look at the original suite, the manager, seemingly bedazzled by the design of the suite, exclaimed to me in Turkish that an extra bed or an extra person would mean we would damage the delicate furniture of the room. On the elevator down from the suite, again so proud of its design, the manager exclaimed that if my family got on the elevator they would definitely damage the wood frames inside it, & that the elevator can't carry us all. It was an insult to our intelligence, as we'd know not to exceed the elevator weight limit, & it was the most disrespectful thing I've had to endure hearing that my family was somehow so wild we'd damage a 'wooden frame' on an elevator. At the end, my elderly father, who is over 60 years old, made a final attempt to talk to the desk staff again, but was met with a young staff member who raised her voice at him, with not a single reaction from the manager or any of the other desk staff. In response to that, my father made the decision that he cannot stay at the hotel, & we made a last minute booking for him and my mom at the Hilton on the opposite side of the town, while us children stayed at this hotel. Regarding our stay, the suite was very spacious. It was clean, & well air conditioned. The interior design was nice. It's in a good location, very close to a minibus stop at the other side of the highway, & at a walking distance from Cevahir outlet mall. However, the shower in the master bedroom kept on falling, the main bathroom door often got stuck, the water was not always hot during the morning, the wifi is extremely weak, the electricity made sounds and went out while we were at the hotel, even though we spent just 2 hrs a day there. The suite could definitely fit an extra bed, & the room design consisted of wooden frames which were not so delicate as to be broken by us as the manager would have liked us or himself to believe. I have to add that other staff at the hotel apologized profusely for my family having had to endure such disrespect, & were surprised that this even happened, & we thank them for their kindness. I would have likely recommended this hotel had it not been the managing staff, that was not only rude and tried to rob us off, but was also indifferent when my elderly dad was met with disrespect by the desk staff. For all of that we are still waiting for a formal apology from the hotel. To conclude, due to the incidents my family has faced at this hotel, I sadly do not recommend it.

What an amazing property, very big specious with royal touch and very economical. The service was excellent. All staff from all department quite nice and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was something you must not miss. Organic home made taste. Really fresh and mouth watering. I recommend this place for a awesome experience.

Sirf ustlerde yer alsin diye mükemmel yazıldim ancak berbat. Otele gece 12:30 gibi giriş yaptik. bize verdikleri daire çok soğuktu. Bunu dile getirdik. Klima ile isinabilecegimizi söylediler. Esyalarimizi alip tekrardan yukari ciktik. Klimalari actik ama sicak hava uflemiyordu. Resepsiyonu arayip yardım istedik. Klimanin yaz modunda olduğunu ve yapacaklari bir sey olmadigini söylediler. Sonrasin da isitici veya ekstra yorgan olup olmadığını sorduk. İsitici yok yorganlarla idare edin dediler. Biz de ayrilmak istedigimizi soyledik once tamam dediler sonrasinda sa klimayi kış moduna aldik dediler . Sabah düğünümüz olduğu için daha arkadaşımin morali çok bozuldu. Biz de paramizi iade etmemelerini istedik ve otel ayrilcagimizi söyledik. 3 bayan öğretmen olarak bir dayak yemedigimiz kaldi. Gecenin bir yarisi elimizde gelinlik ve bavullarla sokakta kaldık. Resepsiyondaki beyfendinin tavri, gayet guvensizdi. Eğer konaklayacaginiz yerdeki görevlilerin tavrı önemli ise burayi secerken bir kere daha düşünün derim . Aşağıdaki fotoğrafta da saat ve tarih görünüyor. Böyle bir tavirla daha önce hiç karşılaşmadım. Gecenin bir yarısı sokagin ortasinda kalakaldik 😳
