Very shady management
Be very careful of this place as the management is not to be trusted. They overcharge foreigners for the electric bill as my electric bill came to nearly 2000 baht with minimal air con usage whereas my Thai friend who lives in the same condo and uses the aircon daily set at 22 degrees only had a bill of about 900 baht. When you complain, you are told they will “look into it” and that you are on a “different rate”. When I requested the receipt for the electricity they said will look into it as well. There’s never staff available at the check in desk. Any problem we had with our room we were told “someone will get back to you” and they never do. The room was in poor condition and the cleaners are always glaring at you to see what you’re doing when you’re coming and going. I have also heard the manager swearing in Thai to some Chinese customers while she was checking them in. Overall a bad place and not to be trusted.
My family had the worst experience there, the place is not very clean,and they didn't provide any bathroom's towels so we had to buy.They charged 400 bath for the room's cleaning ,200 bath because one time i asked them to change the bed's sheets and when i asked them to take these money from the 10.000 bath deposit i left they couldn't, not mention about the bills which were 2000 bath for each room.If you need something there are no receptionist and you have to wait ages to talk with someone.I highly recomend to book somewhere else.
Unfortunately our first bad experience in Thailand ... The receptionist is very rude and unfair, he tried to keep our deposit with fake excuses and the bill for one month was 1900 bath!!!!! In all the other places for one months it's approximately 300 bath. I live here for one year and this is the first one bad experience!!! They also charged, without telling us at the beginning, 400 bath for clean the room at check in and at check out.. so 800 bath!!! Avoid this place!

The place is decent but pay attention to the bills, they charged us 1900 bath for one month bills without using ac or anything. Always check the electricity counter before checking in otherwise they will charge you what they want. Very unfair. This place was our first bad experience in Thailand in 18 months. They also charge 400 bath for final cleaning without telling you when you check in. Worst in Chiang Mai, better try somewhere else, thai people are lovely usually.
A little not clean service
Good for transfer to airport and central airport shopping center. Reception don’t have to contact and ask must to call and ask only ((mobile phone)) this room not more clean and air condition have a little sound, furniture okey have hair dye and microwave have freezer but never clean when I open I see have something dirty, okey for sleep and relax chill , in general Suitable for price
